Terms of Service
The launch rules for having an account here
These terms describe the current operating posture for the HomieHoppers launch build: adult-only access, manual creator review, rights-first publishing, moderation authority, and the rather important detail that this product is still evolving.
1. Eligibility and account access
Accounts are only for adults who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement in the jurisdictions relevant to them. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and avoid sharing or transferring the account without explicit platform approval.
- 18+ access is mandatory for every account, not just creators.
- Email verification, login security, and session controls are part of account integrity, not decorative ritual.
- HomieHoppers may refuse, limit, or close accounts created with false, misleading, or duplicate identity details.
2. Creator obligations
Creator access is manually reviewed at launch. Approval is a privilege, not a spontaneous human right. Creators are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is lawful adult material, accurately represented, and published with all necessary rights and permissions.
- You may only publish content you own or are explicitly authorized to publish.
- You must not upload content involving minors, age ambiguity, coercion, non-consensual activity, or other prohibited material.
- Creators must provide truthful review information during onboarding and cooperate with follow-up verification requests when asked.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for unlawful conduct, rights infringement, harassment, privacy abuse, deceptive behavior, spam, or attempts to bypass moderation. In short: do not turn the system into evidence.
- No minors, no age-ambiguous content, no incest, no trafficking, no coercion, and no non-consensual sexual material.
- No doxxing, stalking, blackmail, impersonation, scams, malware, or payment fraud schemes.
- No reposting or selling someone else’s work without permission, and no ban-evasion through replacement accounts.
4. Moderation and enforcement
HomieHoppers may review reports, request context, hide creators, hide or take down posts, reject creator applications, or suspend access when risk, policy breaches, or legal obligations require it. Enforcement decisions may happen quickly when safety or compliance concerns justify it.
- Viewer reports and block actions feed into the moderation surface already present in this build.
- Emergency action can be taken before a dispute is fully resolved when the safer option is obvious.
- Audit logs may be retained to explain why a moderation decision happened later.
5. Current-build limitations
This is a draft launch policy for the current product slice. Features, workflows, and integrations will change as the platform matures. Some production-grade support functions, including dedicated legal and privacy intake channels, still need to be formally stood up before public launch.
Treat this as the operating rule set for the build, not as a substitute for jurisdiction-specific counsel before launch.
Operational note
Draft launch policy set for the current build. It makes the legal surface visible inside the product, but public launch still needs jurisdiction-specific review and real support / legal intake channels.
