The content and behavior line

1. What is allowed

HomieHoppers is intended for lawful adult creator content shared by people who are at least 18 and have the rights, consent, and authority to publish it. Accounts may also use the platform for creator discovery, follows, and profile interaction within the boundaries of these rules.

• Consensual adult creator content published by the rightful owner or an authorized representative.
• Profile, feed, and follow activity that does not harass, impersonate, or endanger others.
• Creator onboarding material that honestly describes the creator and the content they intend to publish.

2. Prohibited content

Certain material is categorically disallowed. If it appears, it should be hidden, removed, or escalated without ceremony.

• Anything involving minors or people who could reasonably be understood as minors, including age-ambiguous presentation.
• Non-consensual, exploitative, coercive, incestuous, trafficked, or otherwise illegal sexual content.
• Stolen, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized uploads, including leaked or reposted creator work without permission.
• Doxxing material, exposed personal data, threats, extortion attempts, or instructions intended to facilitate abuse.

3. Prohibited behavior

Even when no post is involved, accounts may not use the platform to harass, deceive, or disrupt others. Discovery surfaces do not need that kind of chaos.

• No harassment, dogpiling, stalking, impersonation, ban evasion, or fraud.
• No spam, malware, scraping abuse, credential attacks, or attempts to defeat platform controls.
• No using reports in bad faith as revenge, leverage, or recreational sabotage.

4. Creator responsibilities

Creators carry additional obligations because they are publishing and attracting followers. Approval can be withheld or revoked when a creator creates more operational risk than value.

• Publish only content you have rights to distribute and the necessary consent to share.
• Label and describe posts accurately enough for moderation review and user context.
• Respect block boundaries, moderation decisions, and requests for additional verification or rights clarification.

5. Enforcement posture

HomieHoppers may remove posts, hide creators, deny creator approval, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence for further review whenever these rules are violated or the risk is too high to leave unattended.

A dedicated external abuse and legal intake path still needs to exist before public launch. The current report flow is live, but it is not the entire operational answer yet.
